Expert in work with the Landlords

Expert in work with VIP-clients

Main duties:
  • search of elite real estate objects by client’s order;
  • organisation and carrying out of views of selected variants;
  • carrying out of negotiations with Landlords, agreement of deal terms, preparation and signing of the contract;
Requirements:
  • fluent English, German or French (knowledge of other languages is welcomed);
  • higher education;
  • sociability;
  • assured PC user;
  • skills of bussiness correspondence;
  • high motivation;
  • stability to stress;


Expert in work with the Landlords

Main duties:
  • search of elite real estate objects by client’s order;
  • arrangement of viewings of apartments and cottages;
  • carrying out of negotiations with Landlords, agreement of deal terms, preparation and signing of the contract.
Requirements:
  • Basic English;
  • higher education;
  • sociability;
  • high motivation;
  • resposibility;
